If you are looking to adopt in Nova Scotia, we need your help in supporting adoption as a positive option for women who choose adoption as their option.  In 2007, there were only 3 adoptions in all of Nova Scotia. 

Those facing an unexpected pregnancy in Nova Scotia have very few people to encourage them if they are considering adoption.  We need your help to change that.  All the way through the process, from family to doctors to nurses in the delivery room, women who are considering adoption testify that they are constantly met with "Are you sure?" "You don't have to go through with this, you know!"  "You can always change your mind!"  However, if they are looking at a different option for their pregnancy, they are not met with this kind of resistance.  We can change that by positively supporting adoption as a beautiful option in Nova Scotia.

We have birth parents, adoptive parents and those who have been adopted themselves willing to help you in this process.
